- Your iWYZE policy number.
- Your ID number.
- Any other relevant claim documentation.
CAR, HOMEOWNERS,HOUSEHOLD CONTENTS & VALUE-ADDED PRODUCTS
- SAPS case number (if applicable).
- Your Medical Scheme membership number.
- Your Medical Scheme plan option.
- Written proof and copies of medical accounts or any other documentation that might be relevant.
- iWYZE will ask you or your Beneficiary a series of questions when you call, including details of the full circumstances leading up to and resulting in the incident.
You will have to provide the above listed information within the period specified by our agent to ensure a speedy claims resolution.
