I would like to formally and sincerely express my gratitude for the exceptional service you have given me after a horrible ordeal.

Thank you ever so, for the compassion you have shown towards me. Your exceptional service made my claiming process to be a pleasant experience. From Judith* who assisted me when I made the first call, Marcus* who took his time and called me after sending me an email requesting supporting documents. How can I forget another lady consultant that assisted me when I was making a follow up call. I was satisfied with the response and outcome of the claim.

Lastly , may I thank Ms Aahna whom immediately after returning to work from festive, took her time and called me to check up on how I was holding up. The team also went an extra-mile and sent me a gift to cheer me up, much needed for the body.
