Ms. Ramaisa* bought her first vehicle at the age of 35 and it was her proudest moment. She experienced a horrific accident where her vehicle was a code 4 and she survived scratch free. During our telephonic chat, Ms. Ramaisa said that she still has flashbacks of the accident and is very scared to get into any means of transport now. She kept on saying that she is blessed to still be alive and only had a small bruise on her arm. She went to the hospital after the accident, but it was not even necessary for any medication. She did not even suffer from any pain.
